We just finished up another remodel of an old and dilapidated building. The building – located on the El Camino Real in Palo Alto had sat vacant for nearly two years before being taken over by a Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N Bake Pizza franchisee.  The vacant building was an old Taco Bell originally built in the 1970’s and had a bit of structural issues that needed to be addressed, mostly caused by years of neglect and water damage from a leaking roof.  Below are some photos of the space during the construction. Our scope of work was limited to just the interior of the building and getting it suitable for occupancy – for now. The exterior renovations are to come later along with photos of the finished product. We would like to thank our customer Conversion Concepts, Inc. for collaborating throughout this project.
